[Eeglablist] eegplot() scrolling speed

We recently observed that the EEGLAB data scrolling function eegplot() /
 pop_eegplot() was operating more slowly than ever under Matlab 2014b. We
have implemented a few ideas for speeding up the scrolling overall. The new
version will be in the next release of EEGLAB, but can also be downloaded
from eegplot.m on Bitbucket
