[Eeglablist] Scaling ICA component activities to RMS microvolt.

Yes, default set up makes it so. To check it, try rms(EEG.icawinv) to
confirm the output is all 1 .

does not seem to affect these values. What does this option do?

My guess is that the option should be set BEFORE you load (or compute, for
the case of runnica) ICA.
