[Eeglablist] Regarding PACT

Dear Koji,

The PACT team is me. There is no team.
Looks like the problem happens in the filter function. Most likely I can
fix it quickly. Please give me a few working days and I'll get back to you.

The problem of the PACT project is that I could not find any supporting
funding. I really want to continue to develop it (since it's still like a
proof of concept level), but with no funding support I can't spend my
resource. It's frustrating.
