Dear Amin,

make a feature vector to train the ann????

You need event markers first. If you do, then you can write a simple for
loop, or use mcolon() to extract epochs... you can of course use EEGLAB to
do it.

sufficient?

Use all the channels and find the best one from results. Alternatively, run
ICA on all the channels and use the one that looks like signal.
