Most basic questions and capabilities of eeglab are detailed in the online
eeglab documentation and published articles. Check out the documentation
for dipfit-based source estimation:

One can also type "eeglab source localization" into google scholar for
relevant method pipelines.
There are a range of other toolboxes and tools you can easily also find out
about.
