Dear Renato,
You should make sure following points before import:

1. Number of column are equal size.
2. There should be no "text" or "header" like the following image (http://i.imgur.com/un7te1u.jpg?1) has header as ch1, ch2, ch3 etc. You can delete header and try to import again.
3. If you are still facing problem then check matlab command window for specific error and let us know.

Thank You

Dear Renato,
Sorry for the trouble.

Ok, what error message did you get? Maybe we can diagnose what was wrong.

Hi everyone,

I had already read the wiki tutorial about EEGLab, however I did all that is suggested there and anything get right. My query is: how can I import my .mat files into EEGLab and work with them.

obs: just file>>import data>>file ascii/float date or matlab files doesn't work for me!

Kind regards,
Renato
