[Eeglablist] How can I activate the tetgen program.

hello all
i have tried to run FEM in the NFT program, but unfortunately the program
stop running due to error in the tetgen part.
i believe that the problem is that the tetgen file isn't executable, i try
to work around this but with no success.
i will appreciate the help
