[Eeglablist] Import raw data to EEGLab

Carol -

There should be some function to export data in Holcomb/Kutas lab format to
either floats or (less efficient) to ascii. From there, import into MATLAB
and EEGLAB should be straightforward. Or perhaps the Luck (or some other)
lab  has a better solution for this.
