[Eeglablist] Applying ICA weights from 1Hz filtered data to 0.1Hz filtered data

Dear Makoto

Thanks for the advice. After advice from someone on the list I've tried
loading the ICA weights onto the 0.1Hz data and then removing the
artifactual components from there. It seems to work well.
