[Eeglablist] EEGLAB standalone vs EEGLAB

What is the difference between EEGLAB standalone version and the normal
EEGLAB which runs with MATLAB in terms of functionality, processing speed
etc.

There are licensing and flexibility issues in my project (as we are
developing somethings for commercial usage), the best solution appears to
be EEGLab on Octave. What do you suggest?
