[Eeglablist] Where to study the band and the wave frequency?

Dear all,

I observed in EEGALB tutorial especially the plots that are related to the
spectra, are represented as a band (e.g., Channel spectra and maps) and
this band has in this case 3 values 6Hz, 10Hz, and 22Hz. It seems that the
term "band" is more general than the "wave frequency" or "power" itself.

Thus, where to study the band, and wave frequency (alpha, beta, theta) that
are associated with (8-13 Hz), (13-32 Hz), and (4-8 Hz) respectively?

In Channel spectra and maps figure, the 6Hz can refere to the theta
frequency or or what exactly?

Any help would be highly appreciated.
