[Eeglablist] subepochs

Dear Lars,
If you haven't heard from anyone yet...
1. There is a function eeg_regepochs() for that kind of purposes. There is
no GUI support for this function but if you want to give it a shot.
2. You manually (or by writing code) enter event markers for every two
seconds, then epoch to them.
