[Eeglablist] AMICA lrate gets stuck

Dear Felipe,
It's not a brain area yet, it's just scalp channel.
You can pick up the channel that is showing the highest power spectrum
density. If you open 'edit channel' -> '2-D channel location', click the
channel label to obtain the channel index.
