[Eeglablist] SIFT coonectivity matrix - Inflow Outflow arrangement

Hi Mostafa

As you say, the first two dimensions are components, the other two
dimensions are the time and the frequency, I do not remember the exactly
order. The inflow and the outflow are obtained according how you read the
matrix, if you read in the sense of the columns you obtain the outflow and
if you read in the sense of the rows you obtain the inflow
