[Eeglablist] adding events to an EDF data without events

Dear Forrest,

This is a good point. You probably need to create something first to be
able to annotate the data. If you are using GUI, you may want to create and
import dummy event, something like type 'hello' at latency 1 second. This
will make EEGLAB create event structure with which you can add events.

If you don't mind, you may want to file it to EEGLAB bugzilla as a bug.

Thank you for your patience and cooperation.
