[Eeglablist] Topographical Map Analysis

Dear all,

Our lab is currently analysing resting state EEG data (looking at frequency). We’re looking to analyse the frequency topographical maps spatially in EEGLAB (or using a plugin for EEGLAB) so we can compare maps between groups statistically (in a similar way to the mass univariate ERP toolbox). Does anyone know of any suitable software that we could use?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
