[Eeglablist] Continuous Recorded Artifactual Potentials

Hi,

I am having difficulty using the pop_continuousartdet function. When utilizing the artifact detection in continuous data through the GUI, I get 23 segments marked; however, when using the generated command by erplab in a script on the same file, I only get 6 segments marked. Does anyone else have this issue?
