[Eeglablist] Computing ERD according to Pfurtscheller

Dear Renato,
newtimef() help says:
[ersp,itc,powbase,times,freqs,erspboot,itcboot] = ...
newtimef(data, frames, epochlim, srate, cycles,...
'key1',value1, 'key2',value2, ... );
If you find any value in the third output 'powbase', then that value is
subtracted from all the data points.
