Hello Duaa, hoping all is well.
You can find out about eeglab list etiquette on the eeglablist archive
page. You may also google the eeglablist for earlier topics mentioned on
the list.
Often new-user topics have already been mentioned in past eeglab list posts.
After you run ICA properly with healthy files, one can find more info on
the EEGLAB tutorial online, see the section on time-frequency decomposition.

The time-frequency function can be run on single channels or single ICs.
One may also run ERSP and ITC calculations on a cluster of ICs  if a STUDY
is loaded in memory.
If you haven't had a chance to yet, it's a good idea to go through the
eeglab tutorial with the tutorial data, this will familiarize you more with
all basic eeglab functions.
