*Postdoctoral Researcher Position*
University of Michigan/University of Florida Human Neuromechanics Laboratory
A position as a Postdoctoral Researcher is available immediately to study
ways to reduce motion artifact when recording electroencephalography (EEG)
during human movement. Research focuses on testing the effects of different
hardware and software approaches on the quality of EEG signals using a
phantom head and motion platform. Applicants should possess a Ph.D. in
Biomedical Engineering, Neuroscience, Electrical Engineering, Physics, or a
related field. They must have strong technical skills including substantial
MATLAB programming experience. Research experience with human locomotion,
EEG, computational neuroscience, and/or signal processing is desirable.
Experience with EEGLAB is helpful. Salary is $48,000 plus benefits.
Location will be in Ann Arbor, Michigan till June 2017 and then in
Gainesville, FL.
