[Eeglablist] Programmer/Analyst Position at UCLA Neuroimaging Facility

The Staglin IMHRO Center for Cognitive Neuroscience at University of California, Los Angeles (https://www.semel.ucla.edu/staglin), a world class neuroimaging facility, is seeking qualified candidates to apply for the position of Programmer/Analyst at the center. Primary responsibilities include (1) computing support for the CCN community, including development of educational resources; (2) administration of computing cluster; (3) maintenance of facility computing hardware, including dicom and related servers; and (4) maintenance of associated data and software. The position requires familiarity with MRI data & analysis and knowledge of UNIX, MATLAB, and common programming languages, as well as computing system administration, cluster computing, server maintenance. The position requires excellent interpersonal skills to facilitate user interactions and a willingness to provide educational workshops to users. Excellent communication skills, initiative, ability to anticipate changes and develop solutions, and attention to detail are imperative. The position offers a vibrant working environment as well as ample opportunity to participate in collaborative and independent research.
