[Eeglablist] Help with difference in the frequency bands

Dear Sandeep,

If you know how to perform statistics on Matlab, use statcond() or ttest()
etc. If you want to export the values into SPSS, do so by exporting the
values calculated above

Of course. EEGLAB has decent filter functions, and you can try them out
from GUI too.
