[Eeglablist] BLAS loading error

I could not find leg_checkset(). Where is it from? That's the most
important piece of information here, so you should find it out and tell it
to me. I'm using EEGLAB 13.6.5.

Hmm maybe that process, which I have never done, requires complied file(s)?
