Hello Emily, some notes below.
************************************************************************
If you haven't had a chance to, try contacting the manufacturer and
previous labs who have worked with EDA via Biopac.
It seems like EDA has only two non-EEG channels that are attached to two
fingers.
First try show yourself the data normally (the channels over time)
and then work on adding in events (see past eeglablist posts on adding
events).
Try to make each step work one at a time.
Eeglab is mainly built to work with E/MEG data that has electrodes spread
over the head.
Nevertheless, you should be able to process data from a few non-EEG
channels easily.
If you want, just to hack through, you can build your own channel location
file, even with fake channel positions.
It's not clear what you're not able to plot (the events or the continuous
channel data) though I'll assume its the data.
If you mean you can't scroll through data, this should not be occurring.
You may want to pop through channel info the Edit > Channel Locations and
make sure they at least have names.
If you just want to scroll the data, you can put in arbitrary channel
positions to start with in the gui, for each channel.
