Hello Valerio, some notes below. Cheers!

***************************
You can have a second "full-channel" file loaded and pick the "Use all
channels from other dataset" option, which then lets you pick that
all-channel dataset.
I usually load the files-to-be-interpolated one at a time in a script loop,
and interpolate the channels based on a second loaded "all-channels" file.
Check eegh after running the function form the GUI to see how you can run
it from the script.

Of course, the other buttons also work but in different ways, using other
information as per the button labels. You may also want to review the
documentation for the function that is bringing up those three buttons (see
the name of the function at the top of the GUI window with three buttons.
Then type doc (or help) and NAMEoftheFunction in the matlab command line.
You may also review details by clicking the help button in the gui of
course.

You may also like the PREP pipeline toolbox which is an eeglab plugin.

Remember that you can't break anything by trying the different buttons, so
in the future, consider trying with each button in a GUI after reviewing
the function documentation. This might speed up things when you are trying
to figure things out.
