[Eeglablist] clustering with neural network toolbox

Dear Sarah,

Sorry for belated response.
There is *neural_net() *under *studyfunc* folder, which calls *newc() *which
is an EEGLAB Neural Network Tookbox function. I have never used it but I
think this is it.
