[Eeglablist] Unitary spike analysis by using ITC and ERSP

Dear all 

Does anybody know if I can use ITC and ERSP to perform time-frequency
analysis of single-neuron action potentials? The mean duration of these
spikes is around 4-6 ms. 

In case the analysis is posible, which parameters should be used for the
wavelet? 

Is there any specific Matlab toolbox for doing this?
