[Eeglablist] study versus pop_newtimef

Dear list,
When performing TFA on individual participants, I analyse between 4-25Hz.
However, I want to plot the group graphs averaged over participants using the study function, which I will also use for statistics.
However, the study options are: 'cycles', [3 0.8], 'nfreqs', 100, 'ntimesout', 200. Instead of nfreqs, how can I restrict the frequency range to 4-25 as in pop_newtimef. Also is there an option to use 'winlen', xxx (where xxx is the sampling rate of the data) in study?

Furthermore, once I compute the TFA for-1000 to 3000Hz, how can I then plot only between -100 to 600.
