Hello Jaleh
Yes generally those three terms refer to the same thing, a cut (or multiple
cuts) of a specific amount of time, for example 2 seconds, from continuous
eeg data. These can be from resting data with no events, or from
event-related data (where stimuli are presented, for example, every 2 or 3
seconds).

Your best path for learning more, if you have not had a chance to, is to
fully review eeglab and erplab tutorial videos and slides, including
eeglab summer school videos, and to fully do the eeglab tutorial with
eeglab tutorial data, and to review articles in major. eeg journals. These
resources are all easily googlable

It would also probably be very useful to you to read eeg and erp handbooks
from 1)Steve Luck and 2) mike x. cohen. Their books and sample chapters are
googlable, and they describe all the basics for beginners. You can also
google for eeg and erp introductory videos and presentstions.
