[Eeglablist] the difference between epoch, segment and trial

Hello,l've just started working with EEG and signals and it's long time that l have a question about the exact difference between epoch, segment and trial. are they all exactly the same things?l would appreciate you if you explain it in detail to make it as much clear as possible to me.
