[Eeglablist] Error in function plugin_getweb

Hi Arnaud,

I'm also having the same bug on 3 different computers from different
networks, all of which used to work, at least a couple of days ago (been
using EEGLab for few years), and now all of them can't connect to manage
extensions. I see that it's also been reported by someone else as well
(see *[Eeglablist]
Error on using "Manage EEGLAB extensions")*

I have the bug with different versions of Matlab (2012 Windows, 2016
Windows, 2015 Mac) and differents version of EEGLab (13 & 14).
In short, I can't open the Extension Manager UI. But I can download them
manually (e.g. PREP), and everything else works fine.

Could it be a real bug on your side? Network / Server access or something?

Best regards,
-Yannick.
