[Eeglablist] Time frequency analysis

Dear Nabi,

Sorry for belated response.
I have been using my own tool for the group-level statistics for ERSP. I
have a half-made prototype. Once I finish it I can share it with you. I'll
let you know.

Meanwhile, if you want to know how to access the results (I'm talking about
group-level statistics),
1. Show all clusters' ERSP.
2. Close the plot/edit window by pressing 'ok' button.
3. Access to STUDY.cluster(1,3).icaersp for Cluster 3 for example.
