[Eeglablist] ICA: randomizing ICs for separation into brain and non-brain components?

Dear all,

I have 64 channel EEG data from stroke patients. I am going to apply ICA to
remove artifacts. I was wondering if it is good way of marking components
as brain or non-brain by first running ICA on all subjects, and then
randomizing the ICs and marking them as brain or non-brain components.
Likely labeling the components as brain, eye, muscle, heart, line noise,
bad channel, and others, following the scheme of the online EEGLAB ICA
detection site: http://reaching.ucsd.edu:8000

What strategy do people generally use?

I am new to ICA usage, so, any suggestions in this regard will be highly
appreciated.

Thanks.
