[Eeglablist] Differences between waves

Dear eeglab community,

In my experiment I need to compare the ERPs from a component cluster comprised of two different groups ("BRANCA" and "PRETA", condition "S 4"). I did that using two different eeglab options: the "plot ERP" from the STUDY menu, and the "std_erpstudio" plugin. However, I note some differences in the ERPs generated by these two methods. Would anyone know why? Also, the ERP waves seem odd - given my task, I would expect a visible ERP at 350-500 ms. I send a link with two pictures for you to see this difference.
