[Eeglablist] Differences between waves

Hello Heloiana,

The erps you showed look pretty weird, not like a classic stimulus-locked
ERP. SO there may some things incorrect in your pipeline or assumptions or
data.

After checking you've made no errors and processed the data correctly, I
would say trust STUDY ERPs more. For differences between STUDY and
std_erpstudio, I recommend checking with the developer of std_erpstudio
(look in the plugin's documentation).

This may be a bug. If it's replicable with eeglab tutorial data, then
please send a bug note into eeglab bugzilla.

If you provide more details about your preprocessing and protocol that
would help for more suggestions.

If you haven't had a chance to yet, please be sure to review/do eeglab
tutorial with eeglab tutorial data.

Also, if you loaded continuous single-subject files into STUDY, you may
want to try with the (older) method of putting single-subjct epoched files
into STUDY.
