I don't think the runica function itself can ignore epochs. But the way
this is often done is to reject epochs, then run ICA on the dataset with
those epochs removed, and apply the obtained ICA weights back to the
original (pre-rejection) dataset. I think this can accomplish more or less
the same thing as what you're looking for.
