[Eeglablist] Toolbox for graph theory?

I used BCT and GRETNA for my EEG data.  They are both toolbox in MATLAB.
GRETNA calls some of the BCT scripts and it includes pipelines for
pre-processing fMRI data. BCT is particularly designed for graph theory
analysis.
