[Eeglablist] Trouble running AMICA

Hi Eric,

if you're on Windows, it might be because you don't have MPICH installed. I
had exactly the same problem and following the instructions under Download
AMICA - Binary files fixed it for me.

Note that it might not work in a parfor loop, so first try calling it
sequentially for each dataset.
