[Eeglablist] octavecompat branch of eeglab

Hi:

Are there updates to this branch?  I recently downloaded eeglab(14.1.1?)
and made edits per "
https://bitbucket.org/sccn_eeglab/eeglab/branch/octavecompat".  I tried to
run the tutorial "
https://sccn.ucsd.edu/wiki/Chapter_01:_Loading_Data_in_EEGLAB" and things
seem to work most of the time with a few warning messages.
