Hello Mehmet,

If you haven't had a chance to please review the basic eeglab tutorial
steps and do them with eeglab tutorial data.
The eeglab tutorial provides all basic recommendentations for users new to
eeglab and ica, it is very beneficial.
See also Makoto's pipeline for a list of useful suggestions for beginners.
google it if you haven't read through it.

To start with, I recommend sticking with the first basic recommendations on
eeglab tutorial.
If you do things differently, you can review the differences (if any)
between doing it one way or another.

Changing to zero mean should not create a problem for ICA, but I am not
100% sure.

Regarding filtering, it's okay if you use a, for example, 1-50 Hz filter
instead of just a high-pass filter.
