[Eeglablist] Running EEGLAB in Octave

Hello Edward,
This should be possible though it may not work perfectly and/or may not be
fully supported.
Please review different eeglab builds, installation possibilities, etc.. on
the eeglab info page.
Best thing to do is give it a try and then send unique questions that come
up when trying to run the basic eeglab tutorial in octave.
