[Eeglablist] select baseline range based on epoch window

Hello,

I am interested in epoching events which vary in length in my EEG data.I
have selected the shortest reaction time between events and their responses
and it is 48 seconds;based on that I have decided to keep the epoch window
length as [-1000 48000] : 4

My question is what should be the baseline window? usually studies use:
[-200 0]. Are there any consensus on that? Any suggestions based on my
epoching range?
