Dear all,
I am using clean_rawdata plug-in to remove bad channels. I am using EGI system with 256 channel. Below are my processing steps:1) Import mff file to EEGLAB (.set file)2) Filter the data (High pass:30 Hz and Low pass: 250 Hz)3) Remove line noise with Cleanline plug in at 50 100 150 200 Hz 4) Run clean_rawdata plug-in and errors occurred as shown below:
Now removing flat-line channels...Removing 1 channel(s)...Scanning for bad channels...Error using  ' Out of memory. Type HELP MEMORY for your options.
Error in clean_channels (line 93)    noisiness = mad(signal.data'-X)./mad(X,1);
Error in clean_artifacts (line 206)        EEG = clean_channels(EEG,chancorr_crit,line_crit,[],channel_crit_maxbad_time);
Error in clean_rawdata (line 83)cleanEEG = clean_artifacts(EEG, 'FlatlineCriterion', arg_flatline,...
Error in pop_clean_rawdata (line 128)cleanEEG = clean_rawdata(EEG, arg_flatline, arg_highpass, arg_channel, arg_noisy, arg_burst, arg_window); Error while evaluating Menu Callback.
Can someone let me know what are the problems here? Hope to hear from you soon. Thank you.
With best wishes,Faizal
