Hello Hui-bin, I am not sure, but till you have a complete response, here
are some notes you may find helpful.
When you have a solution, thanks for posting it to the eeglablist so that
other users can learn from your experience.

...examine the help docs for the dipfit functions in eeglab (or open the
function files and review the documentation at the start of the file).
the current eeglab dipfit function should have some extra functions for the
transformations you are looking for.
...use a matlab function that transforms from MNI to Talairach or vice
versa (google matlab MNI to Talairach, or vice versa)
...google the following for past eeglablist notes on this topic:
"eeglablist list dipole location MNI Talairach"
