Mark, if it would be of help, I have several actual digitized location files for subjects we have run, digitized with a Polhemus Patriot, for a 128 channel Biosemi Actiview-2 cap. I don't know how you would convert these to Talairach or MNI coordinates but I believe they may have tools for such at San Diego. Let me know if these would be of help.

Jim

Subject: [Eeglablist] Mapping Cartesian Coordinates to Talaraich

Hello EEGlab list,

I have EEG data recorded using a 128 BioSemi system. I need to get the location of the electrodes in Talairach coordinates (it can be any of the Talairach coordinate systems). I have the Cartesian coordinates from the BioSemi website however I do not know how to their locations in Talairach or MNI coordinates. Does anyone have a location file for the 128 BioSemi or know of a method for calculating this?

Thank you for help in advance!

Regards,
