Dear Sadatnejad
If you want to look at connectivity topographical patterns the Network Based Statistics (NBS) is what you are looking for: (https://sites.google.com/site/bctnet/comparison/nbs)
To investigate for network metrics (e.g. graph theory) I would suggest the Brain Connectivity Toolbox (BCT) (https://sites.google.com/site/bctnet/)
Both run in Matlab.
I hope this helps
Kind regards

Subject: [Eeglablist] Brain network&EEG
Dear all,
I have a EEG dataset composed of two classes. I should analyze it from Brain networking point of view (DMN, TPN,...) and investigate the difference between its groups. I'm beginner in network analysis of EEG. Do you have any tool box for this purpose under Matlab or Python?
Thank you in advance!
Regards
