[Eeglablist] PREP pipeline needs Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox?

Dear all,

from the PREP pipeline plugin and page I see that the Signal Processing
Toolbox is required, however when I try to run a few of the functions, it
looks like the Statistics and Machine Learning Toolbox is also required (so
far for the mad and iqr functions).

Is this the case or did I do something wrong?
