[Eeglablist] Epoch extraction issue

Dear All,          I haev eight channel data from AD isntruments EEG device. Data was in Labchart format and I converted into .edf and imported into EEGLab and when I tried to extract the Epochs it does not work, just only 1 epoch. it asks to remove the baseline I select Yes and still 1 epoch. My data ranges from 3 minutes to 14 minutes but same issue with every file.any suggestions will be appreciated.
