The Biometrics Research Program at VA Pittsburgh Healthcare System and the University of Pittsburgh Department of Psychiatry is seeking a full-time Research Assistant / Lab Manager for an upcoming project.

Our lab is working to advance precision addiction treatment through application of cognitive neuroscience methods.  The current project will utilize EEG to examine mechanisms underlying response to evidence-based treatment for cocaine use disorder, as well as patient-level predictors of treatment outcome.

We are seeking an organized and enthusiastic Lab Manager who is eager to gain experience in clinical cognitive neuroscience research.  Responsibilities will include direct interaction with patients – including administration of cognitive tests and treatment protocols, as well as acquisition of EEG data.  This position is ideal for a recent graduate from a Psychology, Neuroscience, Cognitive Science, or other STEM program who is interested in gaining research and clinical experience in preparation for graduate or medical school.
