[Eeglablist] dipfit3.1 missing data files

There was an issue with Dipfit on the plugin manager (but not with the version released with EEGLAB so this problem arose only if you updated Dipfit through the plugin manager). This has been fixed in dipfit 3.2. Sorry for the inconvenience.
